JRK Infratech delivered the Vijay Industrial Project for Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. at Gonde, Nashik, Maharashtra — a compact ₹1.6 Cr industrial civil works package. As the civil contractor we carried out RCC structures, brickwork, plastering and finishing.
Completed in 2021 within ten months, the project was delivered on JRK's own equipment and in-house engineering, keeping quality and timelines under our control — executed alongside our larger Vikram build in the same location.

As an industrial construction contractor in Nashik, JRK executed the civil scope for the Vijay project — RCC structure, brickwork, plaster and finishing — controlling structural works pour by pour and sequencing finishing to hand over a clean, fit-out-ready shell.
The build ran on JRK's own equipment and in-house engineering, so mobilisation was fast and the ₹1.6 Cr project stayed under our control on quality, cost and programme. On-site safety and quality checks were maintained throughout the ten-month schedule.
