As a residential construction contractor in Nashik, JRK executed the Kalpataru row houses end-to-end — foundation and RCC structure, blockwork, plaster and finishing — delivering a set of homes to a consistent standard across the development.
The build ran on JRK's own equipment and in-house engineering, keeping mobilisation fast and the ₹1.60 Cr project under our control on quality, cost and programme. Repeatable detailing across units kept the finish consistent and the schedule tight.
