Delivered for Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. (for Samsonite) · Gonde, Nashik, Maharashtra
JRK Infratech delivered the Vikram Industrial Project, a ₹20.59 Cr industrial construction build spanning 5 lakh sq.ft, for Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. — with Samsonite as the end client — in Nashik, Maharashtra. We executed end-to-end civil works, including RCC structures, brickwork, plastering, finishing works and road development.
Completed in 2021 over roughly thirteen months, the project was delivered with JRK's own fleet and in-house engineering, ensuring quality execution and timely delivery.

Delivered end-to-end by one accountable team.
As an industrial construction contractor, JRK handled the complete civil scope for the Vikram project — RCC structures and foundations, brickwork and plaster, finishing works and internal road development. The large-span industrial build was sequenced to keep a fast-track programme on track without compromising structural quality.
Owned earthmoving, concrete and compaction plant let JRK mobilise quickly and control the pace of works, from bulk earthwork and foundations through to the roads that tie the facility together. In-house engineering and setting-out kept buildability issues off the critical path, and materials were tested and audited as the structure went up.
Completed in 2021 over roughly thirteen months, the ₹20.59 Cr industrial project was delivered to standard and on schedule for Ashoka Buildcon and its end client Samsonite — demonstrating JRK's ability to deliver large-span industrial and factory civil works at pace, and JRK's flagship industrial reference in Maharashtra.
