As a residential construction contractor in Nashik, JRK took The Flora from foundation and RCC structure through blockwork, plaster and finishing to a snag-free handover for The Avenue Builders. Every stage — from setting-out to the final finishes — was executed by one accountable team.
The build ran on JRK's own equipment and in-house engineering, keeping timelines, quality and cost under our control across the two-year programme. Regular quality checks and material testing held the structure and finishes to standard as the towers went up.
