As a commercial building contractor, JRK took ABE-02 from concept planning through structure and finishing to a snag-free handover. The scope spanned site development and excavation, RCC structure and foundations, building services and multilevel provisions, and finishing — each stage sequenced so the programme never waited on the previous trade.
Execution ran on JRK's own fleet of earthmoving, concrete and lifting equipment, supported by in-house engineering and precise setting-out. Owning the plant meant no rental bottlenecks and full control over the pace of the build, while a dedicated site team held the ₹23.46 Cr commercial project to strict quality benchmarks with regular audits and lab testing of materials.
Delivered over two years and handed over in 2024, ABE-02 was completed on programme and to the standard a Grade-A commercial building for Ashoka Buildcon demands — a reference project for JRK's commercial construction capability in Nashik.
