As a commercial construction contractor, JRK carried out the core civil package for the Katariya Textile Mall (KTM) — RCC structural works, brickwork and plastering — to programme and quality standards. Structural works were controlled at every stage to support a retail-grade commercial building.
The work ran on JRK's own plant and in-house engineering, with on-site safety discipline maintained throughout, keeping the ₹2.12 Cr project on a tight schedule with no rental delays or coordination gaps.
